Does anyone have any information that they can give me, advice...on the Moon Palace Golf Resort?
We would like to go in February, but I have been reading some not-so-great testimonies! Any help is appreciated!

We did not like the Moon Palace for one major reason. We are beach lovers and were greatly disappointed with the beach. We were there for a week in April 2002. The rooms were very nice, the good was good and the pool area was beautiful, but we came for the beach.

I would give the Moon Palace a wonderful rating! The service was great the food was very good.
I will agree the beach is not as nice as in Cancun and it is about a 20 minute ride to get to the hotel zone, which I missed as I usually go walking and shopping at whim, which is hard to do here.
I most likely would go back again if the price was right, which by the way we got a great deal for an all inclusive!

Have a calm personality because everything is at their pace...slow
you just want to get to your room and they want you to sign up for everything when you walk in the door..Ask to be placed in room close to the pool.. Its a huge place!!! I couldnt wait to get to the water...as I peered over the wall I think my heart dropped ...it was brown and looked like a bay....No dream clear aqua/blue It is very private, plenty of food..and the pool has to be 2 miles long.. Though we did take a taxi to one of their other facilities on the cancun strip and the beach their was narrow and way to rough to allow the children near..plus that pool was little...So the beauty set up for moon palace outways others but their has to be that magical beach somewhere in cancun!!!???
