starting a business: Bahamas Forum

Hi,
We are looking to start a retail business in Nassau, Bahamas. We are from Belgium. I read that there are restrictions for foreigners, but I haven't been able to find a (reliable looking) source of information that answers all my questions...

- Can a foreigner own 100% of a bahamian business? I.E. can we start a business ourselves? (I'm guessing No)
- Can you "hire" a bahamian and give them 51% of the business, in a way that is legal and safe?

Does anyone know where I can get an answer to these questions?
