I am just trying to book the wedding date so I can get the group travel stuff together. I don't get phone numbers to reach the coordinator, and I send emails that take over a week to be returned. Should I be looking to have the ceremony at Beaches or some other chain?

I have booked weddings there and di not have problems bu I also call and speak with the coordinator and fax all documents.
