Hows the construction coming, is the jacuzzi operating? Hows the Dec weather down there?

The Jacuzzi is complete and WONDERFUL! I just returned (January trip) and they told me it had been chilly in December (avg 60-65). The high while we were there was 78 and at night it got down to around 55... not hot in the winter time.
