| Hi, I have children the same age as yours and i would Highly recommend XEL-HA all inclusive all day excursion and do the Dolphin swim there, even get a video with it for i believe $35 more. This excursion is spectacular! I didn't care for Xcaret because i felt i could see what i saw there at a local zoo in the states. I myself am staying in Cozumel this June and have been trying to find out how far it is to get to Xel-ha from there, Being i loved it when i stayed in Cancun. Good Luck!!

Susan,
Cancun should be up and running close to normal by the time you go in June. (It's in bad shape and being repaired right now.) We have 3 children ranging in age from 6-9 and have spent our last 2 years vacations in Cancun. X-Caret has been the greatest highlight and was a priortiy for this year. (We vacation in March and will return to Cancun next year because our favorite hotel is not yet reopened.) If you want more details and great places to go, do's and dont's, feel free to email me at HikeNFish@comcast.net. I'll tell you everything we've done...we are very active vacationers and there is so much there for a family to do!

| I would definately recommend Xel- ha or Xcaret. We did the dolphin swim at xel- ha (get the all inclusive entrance). We only did it there because there is sooo much more to see at xcaret- we didnt' think we would have the time. Xel ha is beautiful though- nice walk- and snorkling is great- have fun!

| I agree, I recommend Xcaret and Xel-ha to all my clients. Another maybe lesser known is Garrafon National Park on Isla Mujeres. All 3 places are very very nice and an excellent value. I have been to all three and think they offer alot of activites plus places to swim and relax.
