We have nailed down key speakers for the two-day workshop on green building and sustainable development in Akumal, Mexico, February 17 & 18.
The workshop features excellent presentations by:
Cesar Ulises Treviño Treviño, M. Sc., President of the Mexico Green Building Council
Greg Fanta, Principal Architect, Rocky Mountain Institute
Paul Sanchez-Navarro, Director, Centro Ecológico Akumal
Sherrie Gruder, Sustainable Design Specialist, Distinguished Lecturer, University of Wisconsin (USA)
The workshop will also cover renewable energy, primarily solar, and gardens to treat wastewater.
The topics will be valuable for anyone interested in green building and green living in Mexico, the U.S., or anywhere else in the world since we will cover fundamental principles, practices, and real world examples.
