We are going to Cancun in July and onto Belize from Cancun by Bus. Has anyone done the Bus from Cancun into Belize? Just curious as how comfortable, etc. We are taking our girls that are 17 & 12. We are going to go to Belize & then if we see everything in Belize spend the rest of our time in Cancun. I'm thinking it is going to be quite hot there in July. Are the sand fleas bad everywhere? My husband is interested in going to Dangrega area. Anyone with any information for that area? Places to stay, etc.? We really want to see the Belize area and do some snorkeling. Wondering where to stay when we first get to Belize. Want someplace that will be nice for the girls, but don't want to pay 150 dollars a night. Anyone with any information on this trip, send me a note.
How long is the bus trip from Cancun to Belize? Do you have to book the bus trip? Also, where are you staying in Cancun? Have you been before.
We went to Belize on our cruise last year. Highly recommend Coral Gardens snorkeling trip. It was an awesome day, very reasonable-went to Caye Caulker on the shark/sting ray snorkeling.
