I'm a Bajan ("Barbadian" to those who can't figure that out!!) in Toronto and really miss my black pudding - a friend here makes souse just great, so that's not in question. The ingredients are available locally from Caribbean groceries, I just need a recipe (or three, for comparison!!!).
If you have one, please ensure that you include quantities... I can cook competently, but to get the exact flavour I want I will have to tinker, and I can't really tinker if I'm told to throw in a "dash of this" and a "bit of that". Also, just giving me an ingredients list would be a waste of time.
And if you are in Toronto and know where to get the thicker sausage casings (I can get the thin ones already) please pass that along as well.
