Surprised hi everyone. My name is elissa marie lewis. I am married to willaim H lewis, his mother was linda louis lewis and she ORIGIANALLY owned and ran the crab hole silkscreen shop up until 1979 and sold it. She was a wonderful woman who with NOTHING started up and ran the crab hole, with a son a single mom doing it all on her own. why hasent anyone recognized her or let her memory live on? i say ITS NOT RIGHT! Sad SHE DID a great job and sadly even though she's not with us now she needs to be remembered. sO IF any of you remember her please send me stories or photos i would be eternally grateful. Love
Elissa and Will H Lewis

Elissa, I am delighted to know that you want to keep Linda Lewis' memory alive. She was a dear friend of mine when we were in college together. My husband and I made a trip to St. Vincent and the Grenadines in 2002 because I wanted to see Bequia, the island she loved. I was pleased to learn that a stain glass window had been made and hung in the Anglican church in Linda's memory. I also went to the cemetery where she was buried and found that the head stone which her brother had sent to mark her grave had not been set in place properly. We made sure that it was taken care of before we left the island. Linda and I corresponded over the years and she sent me a picture of Will and spoke of how proud she was of his accomplishments in school. Linda was a wonderful person and I will always have fond memories of her.
Warm regards to you and will,
