Internet Connections in Barcelo Maya and Iberostar Paraiso: Caribbean Forum

We have access to free internet once we manage to connect to a phone line.
Does anybody have experience on how to get the phone lines in both hotels to work with the internet? The internet cafes at both places are rediculously expensive.
