Good resorts for kids?: Caribbean Forum

My husband and I are planning to take our boys (they'll be one and half and three and half when we go) to the Riviera Maya in early Dec. We'd love some recommendations on good all inclusive hotels in the area - which are good for kids, but also have good food and service. We've been to the Iberostar Quetzal before we had kids and loved it. We definitely want a kids' pool and a good beach. Any input would be appreciated!
