Free Wireless Spots and AT&T cell US access in the carib: Caribbean Forum

Hi,

we are going to St Thomas, Puerto Rico, Casa De campo - DR, and Grand Turk Island.

1. Is there a Free Wireless spot someplace close to the cruise port that I can connect on my laptop on any of these islands, to check email real quick?

2. I have AT&T wireless US cellphone service. Does this mean I can get AT&T signal on the two US islands just like being in the states and not get extra fees / charges?
