dreamdays.com

I promised myself I would make a point to review dreamdays.com upon my return from my trip because when I originally booked, there were no reviews available online. So here goes:

I recently booked a trip to Tulum through dreamdays.com and I was very leary because the price seemed too good to be true. The bottom line is, it wasn't. Our entire trip went VERY smoothly. Our reservations were there at the hotel, we were paid in full, there were no hidden charges, everything was wonderful. I did a lot of worrying for nothing.

We also hired dreamdays.com to transfer my family from the Cancun airport to the resort in Tulum. Our flight got in early, we are experienced travelers to Cancun and bypassed all the timeshare distractions at the airport, and we made it from arrival through customs to the airport door in less than 40 minutes. I thought for sure we'd have to wait for our ride. But low and behold, we walked out of the airport and there was a guy holding a big sign with our name on it. We were transported to Tulum in a private air conditioned van in about 1 hr 10 minutes.

All in all, I would highly recommend Dream Days Travel Agency (dreamdays.com - which is located in Cancun, Mexico) for both a great hotel deal and for transportation. The communication was just OK, but the service was top notch.

If you have any questions about dreamdays.com or the Sunscape Tulum resort, please do not hesitate to email me.

We too, used dreamdays.com to book a Tulum trip. I double checked the
reservation with a call directly to the front desk of the property and all
has been in order. All communication has been over email but seems to be going OK. So do check out this travel agency.

Be aware that credit cards may not be
accepted -- dreamdays.com prefers PAYPAL.
