copacabana resort: Playa del Carmen Forum

I just want to say that 30 of us stayed for 7 days at this fabulous resort We loved everything about it. Anyone who didn't must be very hard to please. Taxi's at the front door, bus trips to all of the local hot spots, excellent shopping in Playa del Carmen. Food and entertainment were top of the line. The activity staff works their collective butts off from early morning ocean aerobics to dancing in the disco until dawn ! Lucy and Enrique.....heads of the two main restaurants were a delight ! Accomodations were excellent ! All 30 of us agree we would go back in a heartbeat. Anyone wanting to chat about this great place feel free to contact me.

I have just returned from a week long vacation with my family at the Copacabana. I can honestly say that it was the best vacation of my life! Everything was fabulous. I went with a party of 6; my wife, and four children ranging in age from 9 to 28. Everyone had a great time. I cannot say enough about the wonderful talented entertainment staff; the made our vacation extra-special. They are an incredible group people who give their hearts into their work and their vocation to please people. When we left, we felt like we knew each of them. We tried to stay longer, but could not because of unavailable air flights. I would not think twice about returning( which I am) and rec- ommending the Copacabana to any one who wants to really relax and enjoy the beaty of the sun and climate of Riviera Maya

i am going there on my honeymoon. is there anything i need to be aware of. we would like to go snorkeling and do other water sports, are these provided or are they extra charge?

2 friends and i stayed at the copacabana for 7 days and we had the most fun we have ever had. The staff were the greatest group ever and got us to do all the activities with them, then party all night with us. They made our trip. Especally Valentina, valeria, juan and Fabio, EXCELLENT PEOPLE!! Everyone there made sure you were always happy and had everything you needed, the food was grat the rooms were great and the resort was beautiful... Also The bartending and wait staff were excellent our glasses were never empty and they were always asking how you were doing, I cant say enough, we have already booked a trip for June again!!

I loved the Copacabana! A friend and I went and we had the best time of our lives - We are for sure going back next year! I loved the entertainment staff-Valria was there and Andrea, Juan and Miguel!! We went for our birthdays and had a blast! We went to Senor Frogs in Playa and it was by far the best night of the trip - Two guys from the staff took us, Miguel and Daniel! I just can't put into words how much fun the Copacabana is!

Hey all.. Megan here, and Im 18yrsld. We have been to the Copacabana three times, and we love it so much. The entertainment staff makes our whole trip worth it. Riky, and the rest are awesome. Thank goodness we keep in touch with some of them , like Riky and Juan. The scenery is awesome, the rooms, service, and food is really good too. So much of a variety to chose from. We suggest everyone go there! You wont be disapointed. We are going back in June, and plan on having another outstanding vacation
