In regards to the business, its inexpensive because I priced it so that someone can make their money back within 1 year. I purposely keep this as a half-time business, but there is huge opportunity.

It is a great business and actually grew tremendously just from January to March of this year... as soon as we started advertising "mainstream" we got lots of interested parties, and in fact, in first set of folks who looked thoroughly at the numbers (and they were accountants) realized the value and it sold within 3 weeks of us posting it widely. These folks got a great business, and I think they will really enjoy life down here.
If anyone else is interested in small businesses on the island here in Utila, there is the only gym for sale - my husband is actually listing it on his site at www.utilarealty.net So take a look.
