Cancun airport transport and tours: Playa del Carmen Forum

My daughter had a destination wedding in Playa Del Carmen Mexico this July and I made arrangements for 75 guests airport shuttles and several group activities.
I spent a lot of time researching companies in the Cancun area.
I was looking for the best price for all the guests and hopefully the best service. I found it in Cancun Valet.
I decided on Cancun Valet for the majority of my needs.
Vic was absolutely excellent in planning and arranging everything for me prior to our arrival. He was professional, very efficient, prompt in answering my endless emails plus he was available by phone to me at all times during my stay there.. I provided him with arrival and departure times and he made arrangements to group people together to suit them all and provide the best price for all. The guests were mainly arriving over a 3 day period with some over the next 3 days. So it was a fairly complicated schedule. He also provided each of the guests with excellent pre-arrival information by email that made everyone feel they would be in excellent hands. His price was by far the very best and his service to all of our needs beyond any expectations. His English is excellent and his understanding of all our needs immediate. It was the 4th July weekend so there were a lot of flight problems which he was on top of and provided the transport needs without losing a beat. He provided transport for a large group tour and added a van at the last minute for people who decided at the last minute to join the tour.
His drivers were prompt, helpful, professional and most of them spoke English well. During the entire time I worked with him from arrangements through the last shuttle to leave I never had any doubts that there would be a hitch. Knowing we were in such good hands certainly relieved me of any worries during a busy wedding time. Our guests were amazed at how smoothly everything went and the price they got that this also added greatly to the huge success of our destination wedding. He even went to extremes to find a bag left at the hotel and got it to the person who left it behind.
I wanted to greet each female guest with a flower and my daughter with a boquet. He made those arrangements, which were not usually in his service, and each of them were greeted with a sign for the wedding and a single red rose and a boquet of white roses for the bride. He did this for a very reasonable cost.
I did use Best Day for a few transfers as their price was a little better for a single transfer. The group desk was extremely challenging to work with and I wish I had not used them at all. It was not worth the little price saving.
