Best restaurants near Red Hook: St. Thomas Forum

Looking for a few local restaurants with good food and low key.
Also were is the nearest grocery store by Red Hook?
Heading back down in June to Secret Harbor to show the Family St. Thomas and St. Johns. Its been since the early 90s when I stayed down there for a couple of months. Looking forward to getting back there.
