Airport Transfers: Playa del Carmen Forum

My boyfriend and I have booked a trip to ASP thru Travelocity and are very excited! It included everything, but I was told to call the 1-800 number for the resort to set up airport transfers. The person we spoke said that we have to take care of that when we arrive at the airport. Has anyone else had this problem?
