We are going to the Palace in Feb. and understand the choice is to get a garden view. What room numbers face the garden and are on the 2nd floor?

I STAYED AT THE RIU PALACE AND I JUST WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I CHANGED ROOMS 3 TIMES AND 2 OUT OF THE 3 ROOMS WERE INFESTED WITH BUGS. IF YOU STILL CHOOSE TO VACATION THERE THE ROOM NUMBERS WOULD BE I BELIEVE IN THE 0240'S.

We just returned from two weeks at the Palace. There are very few 'bad' rooms. Most will either be inside facing the garden or outside rooms facing adjacent resorts. We had an outside room and even there the view wasn't bad. The view was nicely landscaped. All rooms will have a terrace or balcony. The room was immaculate and we didn't see (or hear from others) of any bugs. We asked for a room overlooking the garden but was told it would be an upgrade at an additional price. We stayed where we were and was very happy. Our entire time there was a great experience.
