Beautiful brides to be I am warning you now this is not the place for you!!!. We were there 5\17/08 - 5/25/08 Your day should be special which ever resort you go to there should only be (if any) one other wedding besides yours. There was a wedding everyday we were there (8days) we were not treated like the bride and groom or honeymooners, we were just two other guest checking in no big deal (heres your key next). When we went to meet the wedding coordinator we had to sit in a small room with no AC while she was planning other weddings,(it's first come first serve base) so we heard two other couples picking out thier flowers, location, decor, how many witness ect... and!! money oh yeah how much they were paying for this and that and thier grand totals, it was so imprivate it was embarrassing and shocking to sit their listing to another couple paln thier beautiful and personal ceremony around a bunch of stangers!.. Your planning and ceremony should be all about you not everyone else.
The wedding coordinator was auwful, rude and demanding wouldn't listen to what we wanted (We didn't ask for anything crazy, no bridezilla here). I am a laid back person and I don't get stressed or upset easily but WoW! this place really brought out the worst in me, I was trying to change hotels 3 hours before our wedding. She made me cry 10 minuetes before I was to walk down the asile. We knew we had to start at 5:30 because our minister had another wedding right after our (that was fine) at 5:10 we were grabing our floewers and about to walk out the door 20 minutes early when she shows up and tells me very stern "I can tell you right now there isn't going to be a wedding your late and the minister has to leave" that's verbatem I will never forget that ever! My heart sank I started crying, thats when she looked at my mom and bridesmaids and told them "go to the beach everyone is waiting for you" so they leave she puts her hand on my back and while pushing me says "let's go you need to go you are so late the minister is going to leave you" I was so devastated. Afterward I found out that the minister arrived 5 minuets before I walked down the asile. It was horrible.

We had our entire wedding planned with her via email a month and a half before we got to cozumel. That way all we had to do was finalize things when we got there and enjoy our trip/honeymoon thats when was being changed the day before, and all of a sudden the things you thought were included became extra charges! The pictures of the setup's are not what you paid for keep that in mindwas changed as soon as we got there! and even the same day, our reception was changed twice we were suppose to have it at the nightclub so we could all go dancing, we get there to find out it's closed, then we were told it would be at the resturant on the beach um no that was changed the day of the wedding we ended up on the other side of the resort away from the beach in a so call chinese resturant.
There were more problems than just this I'm so done and apulled and my family and friends ended up to endureinf all of our hardships withus i feel kike we ruined thier vacations as well.

Read all the reviews you can before you go to any resort. You will find that the Allegro/Holiday village white sands has lots tons of bad reviews, including another wedding.
