Does anyone know if you stay at the Occidental Allegro Placar in Mexico if you can also use the facilities of the Occidental Allegro in Cozumel?

When we booked our trip at the Occidental Grand Cozumel, we were told we could use the facilities at the Occ Allegro Cozumel. However, when we tried we were told NO. We walked down from the Grand (no dock) to catch our boat at the Allegro. I was trying to take my daughter (6years old) to the bathroom and the security said NO.
