I have been staying at Superclub properties for more than 15 years. After the experience my daughter and her friends recently had at Breezes Runaway Bay I can honestly say this is NOT the same Superclub company. Not only were the girls treated with absolutely no respect the property will not take any responsibility for the mistakes. And to top it off neither the property manager or customer service manager will even talk to them. Our family goes to Jamaica at least twice every year but will NEVER go to another Superclub resort. I warn you.....buyer beware!! :(
