Anybody have a exsperience with either resort .good or bad.
I would like to here opinions on these resorts

I have been to both,and going back to SWH in January. I love both resorts it would be hard to pick one over the other but I might have to give the edge to Whitehouse

Both are nice, although the Sandals Whitehouse is newer and the Sandals Negril in desperate need of a refurbishment. However, the beach is Negril is much better and there are more activities in that area.

What room category are you staying in? The Negril has the new River Suites which are fabulous!

I have some advice if anyone is planning a wedding at any Sandals resort....think twice about it. We have been Sandals fans for 10+ years and I decided to have my wedding at Sandals Whitehouse. It is now 10 weeks before us and all 70 of our guest leave to come down to Jamaica. I received an EMAIL stating that they are closing the resort and moving our reservation to Sandals Dunns River....WITHOUT even asking us if that was where we would prefer to go.

It has now been a week and we can get NO ONE on the phone to answer questions or make it right.

Think twice!
