The unit is located on the third floor #328 The Royal Palm Club at the Aruba Grand.

There's 873 sq.' of living space:
Both the LR and the bedroom have slidders to gain access to a walkout deck.
The kitchen offers electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. The bath offers two wash basins, walk-in shower, jacuzzi with mirrored walls surrounding the jacuzzi.
TV's in LR and bedroom with large closet.

Week 35, 2005 (Labor Day weekend). Asking price - $3,500.00 Current resale value is $5,057.14. This unit was purchased five years ago and I believe the current selling price for the entire 35 years (weeks) is considerably higher.
