You hear a lot about bad hotels, well, they should show the BEST hotels and The Iberostar is defintely one of the best, and we recommend it to all our friends who have been and in turn they also recommend you.
The staff are all pleasent and ALWAYS willing to be of help, the food is excelent and so is the entertainment. The cleanliness of the hotel is paramount and is scrupiously clean and always welcoming, can I say a big thank you once again for a great holiday xxx

my wife and i stayed at the iberostar and it was outstanding. the hotel and staff were great. all we kept saying was what a relaxing vacation. the beach was small but enjoyable. would recommend to anyone.

This is one of the greatest Hotels I ever bin to. Great food, nice people. Even a guy ho talks Dutch well If I could stay in playa del carmen in the hotel Tucan I would never leave
