Took at much needed short 4 day trip to Breezes Runaway Bay Aug 8 to Aug 12 with 5 other girlfriends. Sorry to say Superclubs did not do us right. Even though we paid in full (months in advance) and confirmed our stay a few days before we left, they overbooked and did not have any rooms for us. Incredible to me, they did not tell us before we left, they told us at Montego Bay Airport. For two days they temporarly put us up at another resort, which was mostly older crowd and when they finally got us to BRB there was only two days left. Out of their control it rained the last two days but we were not happy to say the least. Incredible to me they offered us a free one day stay (if we want to come back) and told us they were sorry it was out of their control. How can overbooking be out of your control? And, if you really care about your customers why not let them know before you spend a whole day flying and are stuck at the airport with no choices?
