Punta cana grand is Dirty well let me define dirty for you, cocharoche mold on the bed sheets, bugs in the sink in the morning and you can't drink the water. Now for the food I like good food so I was unhappy the room service which was free is under cooked (pink chicken) the steak which looked good and was about an inch thick looked was like leather, they did have great smoothies and juices though that was the one thing the resturantes had at least a nome hour to a two hour wait not because they were good because the where slow , they have your money and there is no incentives to work faster or harder there were 8 empty tablespartily set with a two hour wait and about 40 tables in the place DROVE ME CRAZY. You are going to another country the english is real bad there's a huge chance you will not get what you need, then they get angry like most american do when someone does not understand english. You should not go outside the resort because it is a third world sh*t hole the you WILL get hasseled to buy there products they forcefully grab you i had to twist one guys arm to get him to stop

You are obviously one of these people that did not go on vacation to relax and have a good time but to be pampered like a princess!!! The Sunscape in Punta Cana was absolutely wonderful - everything about it was wonderful!! The food was great, our rooms were always immuculate, the staff was friendly and about has helpful as they could be considering you went to THEIR country - learn how to speak the language or just go with the flow like the rest of the people that went there to RELAX and HAVE A GOOD TIME. I've been to a lot of places and considering this resort wasn't very expensive - I really don't think there is a whole lot to complain about. You want the Ritz Carlton - pay the price!!! We will be back!!!!
