Hello Mr. Rod,

Jackie and I have been timeshare members of Indies Suites since 1997. I have been calling around to try to find out what is actually taking place in the Cayman Island regarding Indies Suites. I was told Mr. Foster send out letters outlining the sale of Indies Suites, which I never received. I was also told he sold the property for 1.5 million as is.
Can you shed some light as to what is happening...and how can we get involved..

Is there any action that many of us can take to see what may be avaliable? We are looking for something back, but have little hope. Let me know.

All the owners have now been paid in full thanks to Ronnie Foster and all the great people at Indies Suites. I actually made a few bucks on the deal!

I do not know who posted the reply under Rod, Guest, that all owners paid in full but that is crap---the legal action is still continuing---contact me at broomerg@usa.net for latest info--so far owners have received ZERO from Foster--he is not even a shareholder or owner of now defunct Indies Suites
