I've been searching the internet for a while to figure out if it is possible to start a small business on St. Thomas as a (NON-US) foreigner.
Can anyone direct me to a (preferably official) website dealing with this?
I have been reading the uscis.gov website, but the only thing I can find on there mentions an investment of $1.000.000, surely it must be possible to start a small shop, right?
