We are considering Provo for a one week stay in July for my husband and I and our two children (ages 13 and 15). We would prefer to stay somewhere within walking distance of a few restaurants, grocery, etc. if possible. We prefer smaller hotels or rental homes to larger resort-type accommodations. Any recommendations on hotels or villas which are conveniently located to other establishments? I am trying to avoid having to rent a car if at all possible.

We're staying at the Comfort Suites which is the best value I have found. Close to beach and grocery stores and Ports of Call. Might look at it on the web.
