A couple of months we put a deposit on a townhouse at Gold Coast in Malmok. Are any one of the readers my future neighbors? We fell in love with it.
Got the Bushiri model. The island is very cool, felt like home away from home.

I just reserved a townhouse there. I loved the place.
From the different real estate website and magazine, they all stated that the deposit shall go to the notary on your choice, not the agent or the seller.

Did you give the deposit directly to the developer? Do you more infomation regarding the developer?

Good for you. Welcome to the community!!! Couple of our friends also have put down deposits on a townhouse and a villa.
Ahh, not sure about the notary. The deposit goes to the developer, they are very respectable. I know the director of sales at Gold Coast personally.

We are SO looking forward to our townhouse being finished late summer/early fall at GCV! It's going to be a great community. We've met several neighbors and look forward to meeting more.
