I have heard a lot of good things about Viva Maya, but have been searching the web for prices and I have seen some quiet ridiculous prices, like $600 per night! Then there are other web sites that say it can range from like $70-100 per night which is not bad, but definately not $600 per not I'm only a college student. If anyone can give me some information about the rates it would be much appreciated! Thanx

Does anyone know if this hotel is in good enough condition now to open on Nov. 1st? I have a reservation on Nov. 6th eeekkkkk. Hoping to see some pictures ... anyone with info, please do share
