Going for a long overdue romantic weekend getaway and I see every day we're there the forecast calls for rain/thunderstorms. Is it the kind where it rains and then it sunny? I don't mind that - any insight please?

Not to worry, they last only a few minutes. It could be raining in Basseterre, but the southeast peninsula (Turtle Beach) could be sunny.

What did you find/conclude about the rain concerns. I'm going the first week of June?
