Hi, My family and I've been three time to Punta Cana. We love it there. We stayed at LTI Beach resort and 2 times at Tropical Princess Beach Resort. We had a great time. The grounds are beautiful, lots of activities, the beach is very nice - the whitest sand! The hotel has 3 pools to choose from. We were very well treated, the food was fabulous. At the Princess hotel they have 7 restaurants to choose from and if you book all of them you can have all your dinners at the restaurants instead at the a la carte restaurant.

My advice to those people who complain of the staff: A little tip will work wonders. After a $1 tip they will always bring you coffee and drinks and will make up your room. It is a poor country and the people are very friendly if you are friendly with them.
