During our recent excellent stay at Cozumel , their Reception Desk were happy to accept for posting up to 20 cards all to different destinations in the U.K.All were correctly stamped , but none have been received after up to five weeks.Despite two E.Mail enquiries asking fo the matter to be investigated there has been no reponse or explanation.Can the Management help please ?
