A really good friend is getting married and since we can't afford to give them (the couple) a European honeymoon (due to the dollar - euro conversion rate...) we decided it would be best to look for a resort or place in Tulum, Mexico. I've heard of Casa Magna(high end but is there anything in the middle anyone might suggest?
