Has anyone been to Palm Island? What is the hotel like? 5 stars? Good Service? Safe? Bugs? I see moquito nets! Amenities? Restaurants? Does a cell phone work for emergencies? How hard is it to get time for use of the phone or computer? Help!!

Palm Island in The grenadenes is a fabulous resort. It's quiet, wonderful service, delicius food. You only want to go there if you are ready to get "unplugged". There are no TV's or Phones in the rooms. There is a room with a TV and internet connection that you can use if you must! The beach is great for snorkeling and the diving is great. We went 2 years ago and are going again in 2 weeks.

Great staff and very layed back and casual. It's best booked thru Elite Island Resorts.
