My wife and I just booked a Casita Suite for Feb 26 for 5 nights. After reading some horror stories, I am very concerned that the place will be overbooked. Has anyone had this problem with EDR?

We just back from EDR we were there from Dec 31 - Jan 7. We were told by several individuals this was their busyist week.

We were in garden view rooms and there were 7 couples. We changed rooms on the third night due to wanting a king size bed and to be on the ground floor.

Once a room was avaiable there was no problem with the room change.

None of us had any complaints. If you like to sun, just get towels the day before and put them out early to reserve lounge chairs.

The food was excellent we were happy with all the service. And the drinks were not watered down by no means.

They have many activies going on so I don't know how anyone couple get board.
You can do as little or as much as you want to do.

Just got back on Jan 29 04. We stayed in a casita, and it was fabulous. Met many couples and all said it was one of the best resorts they have ever stayed at. We were just as concerned after reading negative comments on the web. I have never met such a friendly staff, from the managers to the broom pushers. Be happy to answer any questions.
