As a travel agent, my husband and I were very disappointed in the hotel, since I know that the Dominican Republic counts on tourism. The decor of the place and the facilities were beautiful, but the front desk and the staff were not helpful at all. We were also stranded at the airport arriving and leaving and had to make quite a few calls to straighten this out. To top it off, I was sick for two days from the buffet. I am sorry to say that I would not recommend the place, except if the service of the staff improves. Thank you.
A final note is that the weather was gorgeous and the ocean breezes were really nice also.
