We are looking for a nice all inclusive resort. Recommendations of Jumby Bay, Carlisle Bay, and Sandals made by travel agent. Want good snorkeling and nice dining. What do you think?

Jumby Bay and Carlisle Bay would have better snorkelling than Sandals. They would also be a little more private. Sandals has 3 other hotels right next to them although the beach is beautiful. There are always excursions too (Eli's eco tour) for snorkelling and a great day out.

Jumby Bay is not on mainland Antigua, its a short ferry ride away (5-10 minutes). Carlisle Bay is round the South of the island and with a taxi or rental car you can explore other places to eat easily. Both resorts are supposed to have great restaurants in case you didn’t want to venture out too much.
