Looking for the best bldg./room to request on the spa side to get a decent view of the ocean. Going this July

Joe, went there in Dec. and stayed on the spa side...sorry I cant recall the names of the bulidings as they are musical instruments and change as you walk down the hall....I will tell you...try to get a top floor room as rooms are noisy above. The spa was nice, the rooms are a bit dated and tacky with advertising signs everywhere. The pool is noisy with techno music and there is no beach to speak of (just the lagoon area, we went to xpu-ha palace for the beach which was pretty...but again noisy with techno music). My advice, switch to Royal Hideaway. I am going in one week and hope to have a better experience.

I'll be there also in July for the first time. I also would like to know the answer to this question. I'm planning on spending alot of time in the spa. Thanks!

Sorry I cant help you much, I believe the lower the last 2 numbers of your room the closer to the ocean it is. I found a great site once with all this info, if I find it again ill post it.

What did you figure out about your room? We are going next week and have no idea what to ask for.

I would like a room with a view, on the third floor but also something centarlly located. What side do you recommend?
