Yes, there are condos for sale on the North Side... in fact, I'm in the the process of purchasing one! If you want to rent from me, it'll be available starting April 1st after we make some improvements/renovations. Feel free to email me in interested. (It's a 3BR/3BA right on the ocean, but has a pool too)
