The International Game Fish Association (IGFA) has announced the pending release of "Big-Game Fishing Headquarters: A History of the IGFA" by Mike Rivkin. Profiles include early hotspots, pioneers, tackle, how IGFA rules are set, and a review of some of the all-time great world records.
