I thought I'd run the website thru Jeeves and Google quickly to see what I came up with. Thank goodness these posts were up, or I could have lost a lot of money. I hung up immediately! Watch out, these people get more and more tricky every day.

I've been looking into internet frauds and scams for quite some time and have plans to expose these "corporations" for what they truly are. My last day to cancel my "vacation" is technically tomorrow, but I've already noticed that they never answer their phones. They run a message that claims my cell phone carrier is having trouble connecting. Did anyone else get this message?
They currently have $410 of my money, but I'm not worried as my bank has promised to get it back for me if I can't contact the con artists myself. But, out of curiosity, has anyone ever found a way to cancel these "vacation packages" without needing a bank or a lawyer to get involved? Surely any "legitimate" business would have real customer service, no?
Any insight that anyone could provide to me about this "company" and its illegal business tactics would be much appreciated.
Joe
