My friend Monica and I went on a last minute trip to Caribbean Village Playacar from 04/13/03 until 04/18/03. We had a great time and met lots of very nice people. We met a great family, Judy Sharene and Kavon. We also met Rick from Canada and would love to hear from them again. I would reccomend this place to anyone who would like to have a good time.

I am going to OCVP in June. Do you know if the hotel has a scuba diving shop on site or any arranged diving trips through the hotel?

I and my family are also going to this location in July. Please let me know how it went. Like you I have read very mixed reviews of this resort.

I would recommend this resort to anyone. there is scuba diving available at extra costs but it is definately worth it.
The staff are excellent and the whole resort is well worth a visit
