I am moving to St. Maarten for a long term work contract. I am a mature, responible, young professional. My job is pretty demanding and I'm looking for affordable, safe and quiet housing that is close to Juliana Airport. I'm a non smoker/non partier and I don't have any pets. A place that is furnished or partially furnished would be ideal.

Does anyone know of any places to rent? or have a place available? I have excellent referances available. Also I would love the opportunity to house sit in exchange for a place to live!
