I'm looking at staying at the Xpu-Ha Palace this September. I'm accustomed to smaller properties and worry that the crowds will be too much for me. Can anyone tell me what the typical vacancy rate at the Xpu-Ha Palace is in the typical September? Anyone that has been there in the last 3 or 4 Septembers could give a reasonable guess.

I think you will be save, even Cancun, and the mayan riviera are all year full with tourism the high seson are from dic - march and then again on the summer by local tourism.. But be advise that during september specialy on the week of the 15- 16 are national holidays. So make you reservations !

We stayed at Xpu Ha in September of 2003 and it was not crowded at all. Never had to wait for a table for a meal, never crowded at the bar or the beach. The place is awesome
