Elissa, I am delighted to know that you want to keep Linda Lewis' memory alive. She was a dear friend of mine when we were in college together. My husband and I made a trip to St. Vincent and the Grenadines in 2002 because I wanted to see Bequia, the island she loved. I was pleased to learn that a stain glass window had been made and hung in the Anglican church in Linda's memory. I also went to the cemetery where she was buried and found that the head stone which her brother had sent to mark her grave had not been set in place properly. We made sure that it was taken care of before we left the island. Linda and I corresponded over the years and she sent me a picture of Will and spoke of how proud she was of his accomplishments in school. Linda was a wonderful person and I will always have fond memories of her.
Warm regards to you and will,

THE CRAB HOLE

Florida's crabhole mosquito is normally found in large or medium-sized burrows, such as those made by the great Atlantic land crab, Cardisoma guanhumi. The density of Cardisoma guanhumi burrows can exceed 1000 per acre in some coastal areas of southeastern Florida.

THE CRAB HOLE

The crabs only venture away from their holes at night or when it's raining in order to search for food. They eat just about anything they can find including their own young, dead things, garbage and worse. Crab hunting is usually a group activity that takes place in the spring and summer on a waning moon.

Nice conversation! I was really not aware of "THE CRAB HOLE". I am able to know many things only because of this post. Kudos to you! Thank a ton :)
