Hi I am in the middle of a predicament, because today I "won" a vacation package, that according to them worhts more tahn 2000 dollars. Well, I got very excited actually, and I had to give my credit card number, they said I could use the package within the following 18 months. I had to pay only $898, and I then I could use the resort in Orlando, the cruise to the Bahamas, a stay in Daytona beach and a stay in Cancun. Have I been deceived or what? If I had, do you know if I can cancel that package I bought? If so, how cabn I get a refund?

google the name of the company that sold you the vacation, to see if anyone has made any negative or positive comments. it is unlikely that someone would call you out of the blue and sell you a vacation worth over $2000. look up their website. of course, if it has been fewer than three days, by us law you can cancel the sale anyway. and if you used your credit card you have some leverage through them too. don't panic, but do something about it right now.
