Hi - my wife and I are heading to the Bahia Tulum for our 5 year ann. For those who have been there, can you tell us which rooms to request or avoid? That would be a big help. Also any other tips would be great. Thanks!

Guys, you made the right choice. You will love this resort!!! (We were there last year and were amazed what we've experienced.) We are pretty picky travellers, but Bahia did not deserve any complaint!! As far as room location, I do not think you may go wrong with any. Even considering a fact that resort is huge, there are golf carts that constantly go around the property as mini taxi cabs. At the beginning we were a little dissapointed that our building was preety far from the main buffet and the beach, but it turned out to be a positive, since you do need a walk occasionally after all this food. Overall, rooms are very well maintened, so you will even get your own pair of slippers, shoe polisher and lots of other many details that you would never excpect from a resort. Enjoy!

Does anyone know what the snorkeling is like at this resort. Is there snorkeling at the resort or you need to take a taxi?

We just booked our 2nd trip here.We love the place.There are alot of great people here.Kids club is great. our daughter still talks about mariola.a lot of secluded places. Or join the party.Room was very nice,clean,cool.I suggest 1200 to 1600. close but not too close.
